The TRUSTe Services Manager portal is a new benefit for our Enterprise clients. The TSM portal is TRUSTe’s online destination for all items related to your account such as the following:

To sign in, please click on the “Member Login” button on the upper right of any page.

Obtain a snapshot of your programs and services including sites certified by program, seal validation view counts, positive endorsement counts, Watchdog-Dispute Resolutions filed and more. |

View program and administrative documents such as your approved privacy policy, Master Services Agreement, contract addendums, program amendments and Site Findings Reports. |

Your site is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that you continue to be in compliance with TRUSTe standards. You can view the findings from your site review at anytime. Activities that can cause a site to temporarily fall out of compliance include changes to forms collecting PII information, addition of third parties who place web technologies on your site such as scripts, frames, beacons, flash and regular cookies, etc. In addition, we have provided complimentary access to site reputation information and results from crawling your site for malicious content (Spyware, Viruses, Cross-Site Scripting attacks etc.) that can compromise your ability to keep your promise to your users. |

The Watchdog-Dispute Resolution section lets you can view all the disputes that have been filed for your company for each year. These disputes have been verified by TRUSTe and categorized into the appropriate dispute category. |
