Additional Rights for California Residents
California law requires us to disclose the following additional information with respect to our privacy practices. If you are a California resident, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of the privacy policy.
The Right to Opt-out of the Selling or Sharing of your Personal Information
Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale” or “share” under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You may opt-out of your Personal Information being “sold” or “shared” by submitting a form at this link: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Also, you may signal your preference to opt-out by emailing us at privacy@trustarc.com or calling us at 1-866-I-OPT-OUT (467- 8688), service code 751.
The information you provide, if needed, will facilitate your request to opt-out of your information being “sold” or “shared.” If you do not provide the information requested, we might not be able to identify you and process your request to opt-out. Any information you provide will not be used, disclosed, or retained for any purpose other than processing the request to opt-out of sale/sharing.
Also, we will honor and process your request to opt-out when that preference is signaled through the Global Privacy Control (GPC). The GPC may only be broadcasted through browsers and/or browser extensions that support it. . To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.

Categories of personal information (as listed in our main privacy notice) disclosed that may be considered a “sale” or “share”: disclosed that may be considered a “sale” or “share”: device information and other unique identifiers, internet or other network activity, geolocation data, and IP address and browser information.
Categories of third parties to whom personal information was disclosed that may be considered “sale”/ “sharing” include advertisers and marketing partners, data analytics providers, and social media networks.
The Right to Know
You have the right to request that we provide you the categories of Personal Information we have collected or disclosed about you in the last twelve (12) months; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your Personal Information; the categories of third parties with whom we shared Personal Information; and the right to know the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
The Right to Access
You have the right to request we provide access to and/or a copy of certain PI we have held about you during the last twelve (12) months.
The Right to Deletion
You have the right to request we delete the Personal Information you provided to us.
Typically, we retain your Personal Information for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that in many situations we must retain all, or a portion, of your personal information to comply with our legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; protect against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or for another one of our business purposes.

How to Exercise Your Rights
California residents may exercise their rights as described in this section through the form accessible from the Individual Rights Manager button below, emailing us, or contacting us via telephone.
We will honor the requests you make related to your rights as the law allows, which means in some cases there may be legal or other official reasons that we may not be able to address the specific request you make related to your rights.
Identity Verification
For us to process some requests, we will need to verify your identity to confirm that the request came from you. Depending on the type of request, we may ask for and process your name, email address, residence, type of request, and any comments you provide. We seek to collect only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to verify your identity.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such a request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
If you have been designated as an authorized agent to submit a request on behalf of another customer, you must make the appropriate selection when you submit a Request Form.
The Right of Nondiscrimination
We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise any of their rights described in our privacy policy.

Children’s Privacy
We neither have actual knowledge nor knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.
Additionally, we neither have actual knowledge nor knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
